Terrible customer service

Worst network ever I took a fibre prepaid 20/10 package at the branch in westgate what is advertised in the catalog book now that I need to buy internet bundles theres is none available for the package that's advertised I have being off for three days now have being send from pillar to post no help from nobody the worst experience ever the staff is not helpfull they say they do not know how it works i do not understand why telkom advertising items that does not work must say have neverever had such bad service from the call centre to the branch bad bad service I feel like I was conned I would not recommend telkom to anybody they do not value customers.
