Terrible customer service

Telkom still has not reached out to me regarding the issue I had with their router I bought from them in less than 3 months but stopped working and their unprofessional consultants who didnt assist me when i went to the store to lay a complaint. It's really disheartening to support a business that does not care about its client's concerns.
