Terrible customer service
The worst customer service that I've ever received. On the 02/04/15 I reported my phone as ******. To my surprised the phone was blacklisted however my SIM card was not . a call logged logged by a supervisor at the call centre with case number ***6 I have yet to receive any feedback regarding the case logged .
