Terrible Customer service

Terrible customer service at Telkom Kiosk Birchacres Mall, I app**** for a cellphone contract at this shop, they didn't even tell me it was approved, i had to call them and follow up, and they said I should send them a text to notify them when I'll be collecting the device and I did exactly that, I wasted my time & fuel driving to their shop only to be told that the phone hasn't arrived & they promised I'd get the device on Saturday but I didn't get & they didn't even bother to call & notify me, and they called me this morning (08.02.2021) & told me that I'll have my phone by lunch time, lunch time came and there was no device & no phone call, I had to call them again at 16:00 and still the device was not there, they deserve the best "Bad customer service" award !
