Terrible Customer Service

<p>I am disgusted in the lack of Customer service from Telkom. They raise request after request to get the back office team to call me back but it never happens. You have charged me late paymeny when I was told i would not be charged. They took money when they said they wouldnt. They add charges for late payment when u already cant afford the bill but they put u more in debt. Absolutely terrible. I asked to not be notified of late payment because they send 15 in the space of a week literally but they continue to send it. I ask simple instructions and it cant be done.. I'm hoping to get something started by leaving a review on here so lets see</p>
