Terrible customer service

<p>I've been trying since 15-Jun-17 to get Telkom to talk to me so that I can have telephone lines installed at my new business premises. I have tried many options to get hold of you:</p> <p>1. I phoned in and was told someone would get back to me on numerous occassions and without fail, no one called me back.</p> <p>2. I have requested callbacks on your website and no one has called m back</p> <p>3. I have gone to a telkom shop and spoke to an agent and received feedback to a point and then ... nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now, it is clear that you don't want to d business with me, but it would be nice if you can have the decency to contact me and tell me why you don;t want to do business with me.</p>
