Terrible customer service

Terrible service called the call centre various times asking for assistance with a statement and they keep saying they will get a supervisor to call after numerous calls and back and forth I still have not spoken to any supervisor they always not in when you ask for them. I have prescribed accounts from 2014 still reflecting on my credit report and they refuse to assist with getting it removed. I’ve been trying for the past two months to get help. Highly disappointed.
