Terrible Customer Service

Ordered a LTE wifi package online, Followed up the order, they told me it was shipped on Tuesday when I called on thursday to find out where the device was.. I was told theres no order and it doesnt show that i have placed an order for that device... I was highly upset and started asking the lady what happened and she Hung up on me...
