Terrible Customer Service

<p>We have been trying to upgrade our ADSL line for over a month now and have recieved the worst possible customer service (to date ive made over 10 phone calls, gone into the telkom store and utilised their chat service). We still to this day have not been upgraded and dont think we will be. If you ever deal with a sales representative called Yogeshnie. Avoid her at all costs she is part of the problem with this telecoms provider. </p>
