Terrible customer service

I was at cornubia mall at the Telkom store and this is my experience.I went in to sign in for a contract and the consultant that assisted was extremely rude along with the other colleagues. One of the consultants abruptly asked my girlfriend to leave the store ,because she said that one customer at a time is allowed in the store .My girlfriend was disappointed and felt embarrassed as she also wanted to take a phone contract for herself and was looking for a phone while I was busy with a consultant. They all laughed and shared jokes in the store with no business ethics and no professional customer service. The consultant that was busy with me said that my contact was declined with no explanation she did not even take down my personal details just had my id ,did not ask me about work history at all .they were very rude to us even while we were searching for what phones we want .after my girlfriend left the store ,3 more customers came into the store and they were seeing to them ,but I was confused because they told me that only 1 customer is allowed .Very disappointing!
