Terrible customer service

Dear Mr Maseko I am writing to you as a very sad customer of your company. It saddens me that I am unable to receive the customer service I deserve when I walk into one of your store (Cresta Telkom) in Particular. 8 weeks ago I went in the store to have my phone repaired ,which is on contract ive had with Telkom for the past 7years.I was told turnaround period is 21 days however before that period lapsed I went in just to check if they have not received back from repairs and the gentleman who assisted me told me that if I do not have an sms or was never called he’s unable to check ,I then asked if he cannot use my cell phone and his reply was NO ! Of course I later found out that e was not being honest with me because he can check using my id. In the week that followed I went in again and I was told another story that the repairs centre has been trying to contact me with regards to a blackberry id which they need in order to unlock the phone,and of course I received no phone call regarding such a request. I went in again on the 20th June the phone was there this time however it was still not repaired because of the blackberry id,and again no one from the store contacted me to let me know. To cut the long story short my phone has been with Telkom for almost 2 months and no one to date has ever bothered to contact to let me know what the status of the repairs on my phone is and today I went in to check again and the store manager Carl blatantly told me the is nothing he can do about it. It is disheartening to deal with managers who don’t really care about their customers,I certainly was not expecting a manager to be saying such to me. I sincerely hope that this matter receives your attention even though I know it is outside your “jurisdiction” forgive me for a lack of a better word. Yours Sincerely Ms Basing Se**** ********** 677
