terrible customer service

Telkom mobile is officially the worst service provider .. people in their stores cannot assist you ( pavilion store.. westwood mall and overport city stores) their call centres take forever to answer calls and keep transferring you from one department to the the next .. i am on hold for the last 20 minutes and no one can assist me. 081180 DOES NOT allow you to speak to a consultant .. does not allow you lodge a query on your account .. the call automatically cuts off .. but worst service provider. ???? they do not even deserve the 1 star
