Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service - I asked for a paid up letter for an account that has been paid up since August 2018. They told me today that I need to wait a minimum of 7 working days!!! For a system generated letter?????? Also - the person that helped me over the phone has such a bad attitude and sounded so bored and uninterested with my request. Terrible terrible service and the same reason that I am no longer with Telkom Mobile!!!
