Terrible Customer Service

Im on Telkom Mobile Prepaid... Went to Telkom Gallaria to ask question about their service as im new to network. Spoke to White guy standing on shop floor. As he was speaking to another WHITE couple it was certain he was a customer consultant. After he finished with them i went up to him to ask my question and he totally ignored me. Even after i was totally in his face he answered me bluntly and didn't answer my question. Totally ridiculous.
