Terrible customer service

Our Telkom internet kept dropping. We had no internet access from the 15th of December. After lodging a complaint, we received a telephone call that a technician will be sent to our residence to find the fault. Till date a technician has not arrived. I am currently studying for my Board Exams and I am placed in a difficult situation as I am unable to access my past year exam papers online.
