terrible customer service

<p>Right so seeing that this is the norm of Telkom to do this to my account EVERY SINGLE month I have to waste my time again and do your jobs for you, scary that you guys do not pick this up on my name every single month, clearly you don't give a **** about your customers, no wonder I am leaving your useless service. But before that happens please clean up your mess and fix my billing before hand ! I have been billed R456.00 again on cell no. *** EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED THE CONTRACT !!!! idiots !! I am sick and tired of your constant stuff up's month in, month out ! and the you have the audacity to phone me and try offer me a so called "great deal "please man you are a bunch of clowns. fix my billing ASAP and do not bill me due to your internal **** !!!! I am losing my patience with you guys please just fix this mess really ! REGARDS FROM THE YOUR NUMBER ONE COMPLAINTS REVIEW LOGGER !!! </p>
