Terrible customer service

If I could rate 0 I would. We've been to the store more than once trying to get the contract renewed and we're told there is an issue with the account that needs to be resolved before we can upgrade. To date said issue is still unresolved. The staff member assisting us (Joshua from Telkom Table Bay Mall) has failed on multiple occasions to keep us informed of what is going on and dispite being told multiple times what colour the device we want should be, proceeded to keep aside the incorrect colour. I've been messaging him trying to get updates but he's now not responding. Terrible service. We started this process 2 weeks ago and are still not done. At this point I would not recommend Telkom to my worst enemy.
