Terrible customer service

So I see that I am not the only one sitting with this problem!!!!!

I did an online application for a phone and it was approved the consultant did not inform me that the phone i app**** for is out of stock all she said was delivery would take 5-7 working days. It's over 3 weeks now and I still haven't received my phone, I haven't received no calls or emails informing me what is happening I have to run around waste my airtime calling Telkom and all they can say is oh Mam we are waiting for stock they cant even tell me how long it will take, this is absolutely bull**** I am not impressed at all!!!!! Why was I not informed when doing the application that the phone is out of stock.. I am highly disappointed and upset
