Terrible Customer Experience - Telkom Wonderboom Junction

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Telkom Wonderboom Junction branch. The level of service I received was far below my expectations. I am a customer of the network provider but received ineffective customer support from the Telkom Wonderboom Junction branch. When I reached out to the two staff members to assist with a sim swap/ number porting, I was met with unhelpful responses and excuses that their emails don’t work. I had requested to email them my required documents and they could not assist me with such a simple task emphasising that it’s not their responsibility, they don’t have access to emails and therefore can’t print out the documents. It was incredibly frustrating to have my concerns / queries dismissed without any concrete solutions. Very poor service.
