Terrible customer experience

Terrible customer service there is agents that don't understand what they are doing and always disconnect the call which results in us customers waiting longer times for another agent to resolve a simple billing issue which they still can't get correct and then want to charge the customers a penalty for missed payments I will not recommend telkom to any of my friends and family
