Terrible customer care and service

I called in to inquire as to how is it that my day data was being deducted past midnight when I had night surfer, and request they fix the issue i.e give me back my data data taken and charge from the night surfer. The call center agent didn't even bother listening to me and just hanged up on me. Ya terrible service is an understatement, its like no regard for customers in anyway
