TERRIBLE COVERAGE

I have asked for the unlimited LTE package from Telkom. I'm told that I can't get it because I don't have coverage (which I do). FIBRE is not yet rolled out in our area. According to the coverage map I don't have 3G coverage (which I do). For an Internet solution I opted for adsl... But i only have coverage of 2mb line. Really? If that line produces a 100kb/sec download speed we are flying (it doesnt) So Telkom has the monopoly in South Africa. How about making at least one affective Internet solution available? Disappointed that I can't utilise any solution at home. Terrible coverage Telkom! (I have 3G and lte coverage st home which is not acknowledged by telkom)
