Terrible connectivity

I've been with telkom from 2019 and for the 3 months i have been having endless connectivity issues, and had a query raised with them to check the coverage, i was told the areas i am in has great coverage but i still never got good connectivity. At the new area i am residing at, i was told there is an issue with the battery and for it to be replaced it will take 3 months, Which is ridiculous there should be an alternative, as this line is used for work, however they are unable to assist, this query has been going on for a month and i am paying for a services i barely can use when i am at home.
