Terrible connection

I pay alot of money per month for uncapped adsl and a landline with telkom and I always have no service on the internet and my landline keeps going dead.

My wifi keeps cutting off with an exclamation mark on my signal.. I reported a fault yesterday and got an sms stating fault resolved by here I am still sitting without any internet and my voice line still doesn't work.

Please and give me what I am paying for
