Terrible Communication S****s for Company whose sole purpose is to conect people

Pathetic Service ,I have been trying to relocate my telkom line from the 25th of January 2020...no communication is actually being actioned , when i call i hold for hours ,

I am really dishearted at the fact that i am expected to pay for a full months service when its is now three weeks without connectivity .
