Terrible communication regarding my account

Honestly the worst network that I have ever used, they overcharge you for things that you are not even aware of that you are paying for, they just deduct amounts on dates that are not stated on the statement, there are extra costs on my statement that I do not even know what I am paying for, I paid my account on Monday but now they are saying I still owe them, bull****.. and to add on, they do not even indicate on the statement how much I still owe them, this is just their way of bull ****ting me and take my money. voetsek.
