TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION

I haven’t started using their services as yet but already the delivery is terrible!. I chose the R399 10mbps special - after 6months is becomes R599. I received a call on Tuesday and was told there will be people coming on Wednesday to install the server. Wednesday comes and no one arrives. I call in on Thursday to find out what’s the delay - the lady I spoke to couldn’t give me clear answers but she told me that someone will come in on Friday. Friday comes - I missed the technicians calls as I work in a financial institution and I’m not allowed to have my phone on me, immediately I see his miss calls I return the call and Andre the technician answers and tells me that he is going first to rosslyn and will come back to my place - this is at 12:00pm, he says he will be back to my place within an 1hr. I make arrangements for someone to be at my place as I’m at work. I gave him my husband number to contact him as I don’t work with my phone on my possession. He never made it to my place and no communication was done! Can you please take client service serious.
