Terrible client service from telkom rosebank

<p>I booked my cellphone for repair in October with Telkom Rosebank and was advised that it will be fixed within 21 days. Three weeks down the line after not receiving any feedback l visited the branch, only to find my phone still in the store and not fixed. its unfortunate as a client you can not call the branch, instead you have to go to the store for update.</p> <p>I am disappointed in the fact that the branch does not understand the importance of updating their clients on open queries. The management doesnt care if our queries are resolved or not because they do not have direct access to the repair center. </p>
