Terrible client reception

I have been trying to call into the Telkom contact center to upgrade my contract but the service is so terrible that no one can help me.

I called in from this number +*** and i had to terminate the call as the consultant seemed reluctant to assist. Can you get a friendly consultant to contact me about upgrading my contract please.
