Terrible call center

<p>The service of Telkom mobile call center is terrible. Every interaction i had with them is worse than the previoua one. No one knows how to so anything and always give the wrong information. Tonight i spoke an agent who put me on hold for 3 mins after I asked to talk to his manager an she told him to do what he initially told me he is going to do. I again asked to talk to his manager n i was put on hold 10 mins thereafter i was told the manager is busy on another escalation.</p>
