Terrible billing experience

Let me not be all negative; as many South Africans will agree, Telkom has some of the best mobile and data plans. I have been using Telkom mobile for 5 years and have multiple contracts with them. In July, I decided to migrate my FreeMe 2gb (with an Iphone 7) to a FreeMe 20gb and to port my account to my business account. This is where the problems started; never have Telkom employees do anything that is not a day-to-day task. The guy who ported my account to my business account thought it was a good idea for me to pay the full balance owing for my Iphone 7 as a once off payment to my personal account instead of me continuing to pay the ZAR600 per month device fee through my business account (of course this was all contrary to what I requested. I opened to cases on this issue, the last being on 17 August 2017. Telkom wanted to charge me 8900 for the device and would not correct the billing. I called everyday to get someone to assist me but to no avail. On 1 September Telkom debited 8900 from my personal account. I called my bank to reverse the fee after having called Telkom a dozen times about the issue. In fact the operator I spoke to told me it would better to reverse the fee because they probably would not be able to correct the issue. Despite having reversed the fee, I continued to call Telkom every other day to resolve the issue. Not getting any feedback from Telkom for 3 weeks, I got a call telling me that I would need to conclude a settlement agreement and pay Telkom 2500 a month until the device fee was paid up. This was not want I agreed to when I signed up for the contract and I refused the payment plan. Despite my disagreement to the payment plan, Telkom debited my account with 2500 anyway. Again, I reversed the fee whereafter I received notice that my accounts would suspended. I called Telkom time and time again about the issue and received no positive feedback. Today my accounts have been suspended. I have no mobile or data services because of the suspension and the only way the suspension will be removed is if I pay the 8900 which I am not willing to do as a once off payment (I have 14 months to pay 600 a month). I would badly like to return all my Telkom devices with the sim cards and never have to deal with them again. Their cheap plans are only outdone by their cheap services!
