Terrible Billing Department

the billing department is really bad. I changed accounts and they confirmed it has been changed. They then did not debit and suspended my account without any communication. I had to call to give them my account again. When I tried to cancel they gave me a ridiculous cancellation fee, so I am stuck with this terrible contract. I am cancelling as soon as possible
