TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could rate ZERO stars I would!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Telkom Walmer Park. The staff seems more focused on making sales than providing quality aftersales support. Unfortunately, their incompetence has made dealing with them a frustrating experience.

The 2nd in charge is particularly unhelpful, and attempts to escalate issues to the branch manager Mzukisi have been unsuccessful. Despite sending an email 2 weeks ago, I've yet to receive a response.

Calling Telkom customer service hasn't resolved my issues either. Given this experience, I wouldn't recommend Telkom Walmer Park to anyone. Until they improve their customer service, I'd advise others to explore alternative options
