TERRIBLE BAD SERVICE WAITING FOR MONTHS

I have app**** at the Telkom branch in BRM Tokai, for a cell phone contract, I never received communication to say that if it was accepted or not, I called more than 100 Times and each time I am told that they waiting on stock, why not send an sms saying Ms Layters ur application was approved we are currently waiting on stock we will get back to you shortly but no f#* communication. I called just now a consultant picks up ask me to hold without given her name and then drops the call before I could say anything. I never expected this **** horrible service. I will definitely not recommend anyone to use Telkom ever they **** and the consultants does not take their work seriously and they never do follow ups they want you to go and fight with them in the store. This is pathetic I am very unhappy with this services. Who drops the phone in someone's ear.
