Terrible

So after all the struggles with telkom i managed to put my business elsewhere however I still have a problem I was given a settlement amount for the 1 contract that was taken in 2019 I paid the amount but yet the account is not closed and Telkom didn’t debit my account for the remaining contract which means that money is sitting there as a surplus
