Terrible attitude

I am writing on behalf of my grandfather, he has been struggling for the last 3 weeks to get his land line working (which mysteriously just stopped working), my grandmother is very ill so he needs the means to contact an ambulance if she turned for the worse, after numerous calls he eventually went to the telkom shop at the boardwalk in Richards Bay. My grandfather is 78 years old and the way he was treated by the Indian lady working at telkom was appalling (he didn't take down her name unfourtunatly) as u can imagine he is hard of hearing and is not technology savy, she made him make a call of which he could not hear or understand the lady on the other end, when he mentioned to the telkom worker that he could not hear the person on the other side of the phone she proceeded to snatch the phone from his hand, and didn't even bother to hide her annoyance with him, she shouted at him and basically treated him like an idiot. When she was done with him she dismissed him by throwing his land line phone, which he had brought with him to check for faults, at him. My aunt who was with him and is severely hard of hearing was extremely mad at this woman and actually ended up shouting at her as she was so rude to them. I am so upset at how poorly elderly people where treated. They have no idea how to fix this issue themselves and rely on individuals to help them and then get treated like they are a inconvenience. I am upset that I did not get this woman's name as I would personally go and give her a piece of my mind. I want something done about this, or I will processed to splash Richards Bay telkom name all over social media. 3 weeks it took them to get the phone working, if it wasnt for my sick grandmother he wouldn't have bothered with it, but he needed means to phone a ambulance or myself if anything would have happened to her, and he explained this to the lady at telkom. I am so so angry about this. Shame on the woman.
