terrible attitude

Walked in telkom store pavilion mall 24th december approximately 11:25am. Greeted by a gentlemen using his cell phone. I enquired about an iphone 5 deal as well as requested airtime. I was transferred to a lady by the name of spume who told me to wait in the line. To my surprise two separate clients come after me but are servee before me when i asked spume how does the que system work she rep**** that its not her job to guide people. I then asked for the store manager. I waited another 5 to 8 minutes to just being ignored. I asked spume again if the manager is aware that I'm waiting. She rep**** that she doesn't know. Terrible service. Never using telkom ever again. To be a loyal customer as well as a minor share holder and receive such service is disgusting
