Terrible & Annoying Telkom

Telkom does not deserve even one star.I landed in SA yesterday & immediately switched back to my Telkom sim and it worked fine. I made calls, checked my balance & connected to the internet. After an hour my sim card stopped working: No Service. I used another phone to call customer care & was told that my card is not faulty & I'll need to do a sim swap.So I must pay for their faulty products. I contacted the Twitter handle @TelkomZA about this and they ignored me. I've been sitting on the phone now for 45 minutes with no interaction with a human being. I'm now trying to cancel this contract. Telkom already has terrible ratings and they don't even bother to improve.
