Terrible and unprofessional service from TELKOM!

I ordered a cellphone and a router. Days later, my account was debited for the phone. The delivery company delivered but only the router was in the parcel. I called their million numbers, was placed on hold for hours countless times only be told that they were offline. I still don't have my cellphone, my money is gone and no one is getting back to me. I've emailed them, called them and even tried contacting them via twitter. No response. Terrible service!
