Terrible and Disgusting Service

<p>I am writing this on behalf of my aunt:<br />On Wednesday 1st February, "Telkom" people came to her house as her landline telephone was not ringing. Unsure of what was actually done as they did not need to come into the house. The problem had to be fixed at the Telkom terminal on the road, not inside the house. She was then asked about her ADSL line which had absolutely nothing to do with the ringing of the landline. Now her ADSL is not working. The wifi is not working, the internet is not working. Telkom has been contacted numerous times, numerous SMS's have been received and nothing has been done. She needs her wifi for business purposes and this is not only costing her money as she has to pay for internet at an Internet cafe - she is paying for a service that she does not have access to and is NOT WORKING. This service is pathetic. Telkom was asked to fix one problem - which was done and appreciated but now an even bigger problem has arose and on the same day the telephone was fixed, very coincidence. Please explain why her ADSL has not been fixed and why she has no working internet. This needs to be fixed ASAP and a response would greatly be appreciated and this problem needs to be acted upon IMMEDIATELY.</p>
