Terrible after sales services

l am deeply frustrated with the high level of incompetence,false promises and unprofessionalism displayed by Telkom. We called the company to repair our business line a month ago.They promised to send a technician within 5 days.Unfortunately this was a lie no one pitched up .We did so many follow up calls but now it even a month no technician came.This is a high level of incompetence as far as after sales are concerned.They only concerned with payments and selling while servicing is ridiculously poor.My business is on a standstill clients cant get hold of us and we losing business because of the poor promises Telkom sells to clients.
