Terrible ADSL speeds

Hello <br> <br> My complaint relates to terrible telkom ADSL speeds in Lenasia Ext 9. My issue is that we pay for a 2Mbps or 4Mbps line from telkom but speeds are never near that. I cofonsistently run speed tests and never , ever get close to the speeds we pay for (Avg between 0.2 and 0.5 ). When the line was installed , the teachnician claimed that nothing could be done due to the telkom infrastrcture. He also claimed that people living close the telkom distribution centre in Lenasia will get better speeds but due to the fact we are further away , our speeds will be slower and nothing can be done. Why then do we pay the same price for an ADSL line that others atre paying but the speed on the line is significantly less..... ******* !!!
