Terrible ADSL service

Telkom ADSL is a nightmare. And quite frankly a 'day-mare' as well. The service is more down than working. My land-line worked most of the time before ADSL came in. The technicians appear to be flummoxed. They usually come without alerting you first. That's a very strange way for an adult to behave. The 'fibre' line appears to die every time it rains a little. The line 'came back' last Saturday. It went down with the rains this week. And it's still down. That means I also do not have access to my unlimited data package. :( No wonder our economy has 'junk status.'
