Terrible Accounts Department

As per comment above, this should have been sorted in December already. My account was deducted before getting a phone. Now instead of debiting my account with the amount that was deducted after receiving my phone, this terrible company has been giving me the run around. After I was told in December that my account would be sorted and will be treated as a matter of urgency. In Jan 2017 debit order went through as per usual, nothing has been done. Out of anger I reversed that amount and to my surprise now just as I got paid my Jan salary Telkom deducts R1050.12. Now I don't even know what this amount is for. When you are the one wanting the money from me you just take it. But now you have to give my money back to me it takes years. What do I have to do to get this sorted? What do I have to do to get my money credited to my account. Do I have to go the papers or tv? What more can I do TELKOM?</p>
