<p>Terreble service by telkom mobile they just decided to suspend my account without even contacting me i dont owe telkom a cent, my account is up to date you guys decided to debit less than my installment month-end i took responsibility and transfered money in your acc.now my phone is suspended i phoned your client care and told to wait for 72 hours,so now your *********** for not being able to balance your accounts have to inconvinience me.this is bull**** that i dont need right now and cant keep up with, cause i always make sure that my acc is up to date so your incompent nonsense shouldnt affect me i am told that my acc is handed over which is gonna affect my credit profile as well,i regret the day i sigh up with Telkom and i need you guys to sort out your mess without me having to be affected.i want this nonsense resolved now.</p>
