TERRABLE SERVICE

I have never experience such terrible service like i received from Telkom yesterday,i was unaware my cell number was hijacked and being used by another Service provider MTN until a friend told me my Telkom number is out off service,this has been happening for a number of days to thousand of other people.Telkom did not report the indecent to its clients no SMS or any warnings.Right now all my calls are going to a MTN 078 number all my personal SMS are received by this number.The call center agents i spoke to a couple of them, Thabele very rude girl,Apiwe obnoxious and lier both of them hang up on me when i ask them about the ********** use of my number by MTN.I have lost business because of Telkom.
