Termination trials and TRIUMPH!

When I tried to terminate my service online, I got a reply to acknowledge it but then the service was not terminated as requested. I had to phone the call centre, get a reference number and the 2nd time it still was not terminated as promised. However the 3rd attempt got a positive response, although I had to go to their offices to explain my situation and was dealt with very efficiently. A dispute was declared and Telkom agreed to refund me, and in the end, I got much more than I had anticipated!
