Termination of service without notice

I have a problem whereby telkom had terminated my line without notice. They had a problem in our area and I phoned them to report it. Recently they send me a message saying the fault has been resolved in our area but when i call the number its terminated. I called them and nobody knows about it and they send me from one pillar to another.<br> <br> Their service is bad at all.
