Termination of contract

<p>I had a contract with Telkom and it ended in September I then called Telkom to get a cancellation form filled it in and sent it back. Few days ago I told to check the progress and I was told I was owing Telkom I ask for a settlement figure and when people call me it shows as unknown or private number so I asked them to assist on that too got a case number and I was told that someone would call me and I'm still waiting. All I need is the settlement amount and for telkom to cancel my account and a paid up letter once I have paid their account.</p>
