Termination not processed, call center no help!

Some background, I am moving cities and I need to cancel my telkom service.<br> <br> So I go on their website, get the forms to fill in, email them off and get a confirmation email. <br> Everything is working well, I am impressed.... #TooGoodToBeTrue<br> <br> Termination date comes service does not get terminated, call the call center they have no record of the termination request but are willing to give me the number of the terminations department. Like a fool I take and verify the number.<br> <br> put the phone and call the number that does NOT EXIST!!! <br> <br> Beyond annoyed, this service with telkom has been nothing but hell, and the billing is a mess too.<br> <br> and they wonder why they are hemorrhaging customers?<br> <br> Wayne Oliver
